So, my apologies for taking so long. As usual, Jamie (Jamie Brooke Photography) and I had way too much fun together. The picture of me in a bathtub was taken when we decided to walk in to a upscale design showroom and I hopped in the front window display. I’d like to think I helped their sales. ;)

So… I’m keeping it short and sweet… check out Jamie’s site! My words do not do her talent justice. Enjoy!!

This is actually the front of a lawyer’s office. I was praying they would not open the door when we were taking this picture… however I was fully prepared to yell “erroneous! erroneous on all accounts!” if they did. ;)

I hopped on a old fashion scale… and needless to say there was a crowd right behind Jamie laughing at me.

Obviously something was funny… It was a pretty busy day and we were getting a lot of people honking at us, asking us weird questions, etc. I, of course, made up some interesting answer as to why we were doing the photo shoot. Why not? We were having fun!

I am still regretting not buying that hat. That would have been be such a rad hat to rock at a tea party… or just any party for that matter! I’ve been to one tea party in my life… so I think I would just need to have a Dos Equis moment and wear the hat out one night.

Let me just say… it was not easy to keep a straight face… NOT EASY!

This was one of the last pictures we took (IT WAS HOT OUT and we were headed to get some rockin’ fro yo) and I remember looking at this family walking by just staring at us. It kind of reminds me of a mug shot… that is why I love it. So if I ever have to get a mug shot (which I hope NEVER happens)… I would like for it to look like this. HAHAH

Here we are… bath tub time. Yes… this is the very front of the store! DISPLAY WINDOW! There were people walking by just looking at me… some laughing… some wondering if I was a “live model”. LOL! Jamie and I were dying laughing. Funny thing was… none of the sales people came up to us. I actually was waiting for a tap on the shoulder and a… “may I help you?” Perhaps next time I’ll come in a bathrobe!

PS: the tub…not that comfy. I do not recommend buying! ;)

Well…. we all wanted to wait until the weather was a bit warmer to go…. and this past weekend was perfect. We all meet up at the Oakville Grocery Co to stock up on sandos and other yummies for a picnic later that afternoon. We were lucky to have Matt’s sister join us (Sarah) while her husband was off enjoying the Masters Golf Tournament. ROUGH LIFE HUH??

Once we caused enough of a ructious we headed out to Cuvaison Estate Wines in Napa. We had a private tasting room overlooking the vineyards… it was absolutely beautiful (a must visit if you are in the area)! Long story short we had a blast! Thank you Matt & Liza for a rockin’ X-mas gift… Triple ‘X’ Santa was proud! HAHAHA! ;)   (you all will have to ask about the Triple ‘X” Santa story… it is a good one).

Our friend Steve had a great idea to take advantage of the beautiful day and go on a hike. So we did what any normal hikers would do…packed some wine, cheese, and crackers and ventured to Hidden Falls Park for a half day of fun. It was not long into the hike that I was notified that if we were to get lost I would be the first one to be eaten as I was definitely the most tasty of the bunch. I was not too happy about that!! HAHA! I had eaten a bad of Salsa Verde Doritos on the way up and the boys kept telling me that they were marinade chips… so they would be eating Mexican later. Boys are so weird.

Overall, the hike was great and the views were amazing! I highly recommend going to Hidden Falls in Auburn, CA if you can. You will not regret it.
If it were warmer, I might have jumped in! We skipped the deck and found our own rock down by the water. A must have any hike... well if you are hiking with me!! You will not eat me!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHH... After I fought back for the trying to eat me comments! heheh Trouble!!! Steve and Me. I almost pushed him in for saying he was going to eat me. LOL..yeah right!

It was a great idea to jump off this rock. Sierra and I were in full agreement to do it. Let me just tell you… I think I shrank at least 2 inches after the landing. IT HURT! So… thank god the picture turned out pretty cool… so..here you have it! Steve’s EPIC PICTURE OF 2010.

We took the dogs (Wicket and Rig’s) for a quick beach visit before the Superbowl. We could not get over how much they loved the ocean so we officially renamed the beach “Shih Tzu Beach”. Plan on seeing more pictures and videos in the near future from Shih Tzu beach. :)

3...2...1..... lift off! All 3 of us! We decided to rename the beach "Shih Tzu beach" in honor of how much our dogs loved running in the water. My dog Wicket and Sierra's dog Rigs basically took us for a walk that day.

I'm talking to Morgan.... and as you can see, she is talking back to me. Could be my favorite app! I love it!! Morgan talking back to me with the doggie face app! Bradley kept moving his butt closer to me so I would scratch his butt. Once he was happy with one side, he shifted his weight and made me scratch the other cheek. Smart doggie. Enjoying the "lift" at Northstar at Tahoe You get to spin the wheel when it is your birthday at Mikuni's. Ok...so it was not her birthday like I told them... it was just my birthday so that kind of counted. She did not believe me that you get the spin the wheel.. I had to prove her wrong...and she won a pint glass. Last year when I spun the wheel I won a bag of rice...yeah... a bag of rice. Big Winner This was a super cool Christmas Tree decorated with shoes. I wanted to put my shoe in it too.... not sure why I felt the need to be serious! LOL I loved these Moon Boots! I still want to get a pair! I was not smelling the shoe, I swear! LOL. I was listening for the ocean.

I wanted to share a few pictures with you all of my hard work… as I spent a lot of time decorating. I should have spent a little more time taking pictures as they do not give justice to how the house actually looked. With the dim lighting, it looked MUCH BETTER than the pictures perceive.  I gave my front room a Twilight theme (Yes… I have a small obsession… but since Morgan and Sierra do as well I thought it was only fitting). I have to give a big shout out to Hostess With The Mostess as that is where I got all my ideas for the Twilight theme. I also now follow her on Twitter. She has a kick ass site!!!

The rest of the house I went with the Evite theme of pink at black. My favorite was the house drink (a little thing we use to make back in college called “The Force”). In true Halloween form we added dry ice and in the video to come you will see that I was quite proud of my libation! LOL!

I do wish I took more pictures of everyone’s costumes… I did a horrible job on camera duty! BAD MEGHAN!

PLEASE!!! share your costume and party ideas!!! I will need some good ideas for next year’s event!!

(I’M SO SO SO SORRY!!! I promise I’m in the process of editing a few things… call it a learning curve to greatness. LOL)…. I figured I would share a little wedding madness with you. The photographer (who rocked) put together a sideshow of the pictures he took that day. This all took place in Jamestown, RI (GREATEST PLACE ON EARTH IN MY BOOK). I’m actually editing a wedding outtakes video right now… I just happened to find one of the groomsman’s Flips and ‘borrowed’ all of the videos he took from that long weekend. HAHAH!
It did rain a little the day of the wedding…but that did not stop us from having a blast (and closing down the local bar!!! I did get a free tee-shirt too… a big Thank You to the “Ganny”). You will notice the bridesmaids are in green rain boots. That was an idea we had about an hour before the wedding. I told all the girls to scrap their gold shoes and sent them down the aisle in galoshes… thanks to a dear friend who picked them all up. (Yes.. we made some insane phone calls getting all the right sizes and putting them on hold… it was hysterical!)

Anyhoo… I hope you enjoy… It truly was one hell of a PARTY!!! and I do promise to be getting something new out to you all here soon!

We had a blast this morning shooting a live segment with the team from Channel 31 for the Good Day Sacramento show. Julissa and Cody were throwing it down like Bobby Flay and so much fun to start the morning off with! The SacTweetUp tonight at The Mix Downtown is going to be the best to date and I’m pumped. It really is making my day tick by slowly!!!!!!!
